Happy Holidays!

Just a quick outfit post this Christmas Eve. I hope you're all finished shopping and feeling festive. I know I am!

I'm back in Belfast for the holidays and am so excited to spend some time with my friends and family. On Saturday I went to deliver some Christmas presents and meet up with two of the greatest people I know; Bean and Becca.

This is what I wore, I definitely chose comfort over style. Confession; I actually had to borrow Mama C's boots as when I arrived in on Thursday morning I discovered the heel had snapped off my favourite boots in my suitcase. I suppose this means for shopping for a new pair!*
*Anyone seen any stylish/practical ones they'd like to recommend?

 Cardigan - H&M. Tee shirt - M&S. Skirt - Topshop. Boots - Stolen off Mama C.
Note my wee Henry VIII Christmas decoration. I'm a wee bit of a closet history buff...

Close up of the pattern. Please ignore how 'booby' it looks.

After swapping presents, we went for an amazing dinner in a new restaraunt which has just opened called Alley Cat. I would highly recommend it. After a good feed and a thorough catch up, it's been way too long since the three of us where together, we decided to go bowling and have a wee go on the arcade games. I have actually never laughed so much. My ribs literally hurt. In summary; Bean won the bowling. I failed miserably at pool, but did pot the black ball for us to win the game. I found my calling in robot football (best game ever).
All in all I was a great day. And as much as I love living in Oxford, I really do miss Belfast, and days like this make it that little bit harder to leave.

Note my fabulous Christmas socks which perfectly matched my
super stylish bowling shoes. I know you're all jealous

I hope you all have an amazing Christmas, and that you get spoilt rotten and eat plenty of good food and chocolate. Can't wait to read all your posts!

  2. Merry Christmas! I'm sorry about the boots - what a pain. I can sympathise as the sole came off both of my shoes on the way to Tesco the other day. Highly embarrassing! xxxx
